I've started at Sasaki as an intern in October 2018 and was hired as an architectural designer in January 2019. I was lucky to participate in both interior and architectural design of athletic complex, residential tower, office renovation. Besides my regular day-to-day responsibilities as a designer, I do Revit/BIM 360 coordination between the Sasaki office, consultants, clients, and contractors.
On my current project (LEED gold) I was appointed a sustainability leader.

Due to the nondisclosure agreement the document samples can not be published on a website. Here one can find several iterations of register desk design, ambulance canopy model (Revit), and photo of the mockup.
The real size headwall layout of the emergency unit with the attachable mockups of required medical equipment was placed on the walls during one of the client meetings. This interactive session helped doctors and nurses to find the most desirable location of each item, by manipulating the real size cardboard equipment. These changes significantly improved workflow.
The project work included, but was not limited to Revit modeling, drafting, site visits, logging of information, research for specific designs, meeting and project documentation, graphic work, organization of project files, specification research, submittals review etc.

Pilgrim hotel

This is a social project. The group of the volunteers conceived creating local cultural center based on the Russian Orthodox Church community. The center would have a guest house / small hotel, where visitors will stay between travels to holy places. Because of its religious background, the hotel was featuring a special room for prayers (rus. molel’nya).
The group engaged with the local government to obtain suitable real estate for this purpose. This is the part of visualization used for presenting the case to local officials. The interior is designed according to traditions of Russian Orthodoxy, leveraging modern materials and techniques.
Peculiar details of this visualization – religious items, such as chandeliers and iconostasis are not commonly available, therefore I've created my own 3D models (3Ds Max), using polygonal modeling, bump mapping and other techniques.
